Sunshine Marine Lodge has a 5-star PADI dive center called DivePoint on the property. DivePoint offers all PADI courses and leads two-tank dives each morning at 8:00 am. Guests dive directly to Mnemba Atoll, one of Zanzibar's most biodiverse marine sanctuaries.

The spa at Sunshine Marine Lodge offers services such as body scrub, full body massage, and manicure. Daily yoga sessions are held on the property in a tranquil environment. Guests also have access to three outdoor swimming pools overlooking the Indian Ocean.
